Every personal trainer I know says their client’s biggest issue is that they don’t have time to go the gym. I am definitely one of those people. When thinking of a home workout, the first thing we think of is one of those expensive all-in-one workout machines that ends up looking like the wrong end of a Transformer moved into your living room. Resistance bands make more sense. Save space and save money, you can get the same results, but you can’t put one of those machines in the drawer after your workout.
You’ll be surprised how effective of a workout you can get from something so simple. And as the same personal trainer I was trying to avoid says, “When it comes to fitness and health, simpler is always better.” When It comes to Resistance Bands, I have to agree.
