How to use Exercise Ball Effectively
To use the URBNFit exercise ball effectively, choose the correct size for your height. If you’re between 5’1 and 5’7 you should choose a 55cm ball and if you’re between 5’8 and 6’1, 65 cm would be suitable. Secondly, you must make sure the ball is well-inflated and firm enough for you to perform an effective workout.
